I got back into education in the St Louis MO area as a Christian School Administrator. Later we moved to Omaha to do more of the same.
Over the years I officiated a lot of basketball every where I went. It was a real change for me and it was a great experience.
Marilyn and I live in Omaha NE. Yes it is a long way from the heart of Dixie.
Our daughter lives in Phoenix, AZ. There is a grandaughter, she is seven this year. The Lord has been good to us.
I talked briefly with your "little" sister last Sunday at our church. She was visiting with some friends who go to church with us. It's always fun to unexpectedly see a familiar face. It sounds like you and your family are doing well. Our older daughter, Julie (27), has been married almost 4 years. She and her husband have been living in Lake Charles, Louisiana, but they will be moving back to Birmingham in January. Our younger daughter, Sarah (24), is getting married next weekend (October 18). Joan and I are doing great. School is busy but going well. If you ever pass through Birmingham, please contact me. I would love to meet you for lunch or something.
