What is your favorite/least favorite thing about this season of your life?

Favorite things: Being a grandma! More freedom to do what I want now that the nest is empty. Chuck and I feel like newly weds again!

Least favorite: Since I work at home as a writer, the house can get pretty quiet sometimes!

Favorite things - freedom to do and be exactly what God wants me to be. Freedom to seek Him like never before. Freedom to spend time on things like this and NOT feel guilty!!!!! To value people more that getting a job done! Freedom to be parents to those who need us now - our parents!
Least favorite - things "breaking down" like Arthritis did with my hip and I had to have surgery. And aching all over in the cold and rain. knowing the other hip is not far away!!! I don't even need a weather man any more.

Least favorite thing - aches and pains of old age, called Arthritis. Love all the rest, being a grand and great grandparent. Freedom from all but what I want to do. Time to spend in study and prayer, praise and thanksgiving for our Lord and Savior. Time to remember all those we have known and loved. No deadlines to dictate what we do and when we do it.
